The Tesla Blade is a Tier 8-10 melee ramming weapon that was released in the "The Tanks Are Rollin’ Out" update. They're a stationary, electrified quarter circle with a mounting point in the middle.
Usage
The Tesla Blades deal massive damage, Nearly two times the power of a Rail Cannon. You only have one shot with the T8, two shots with the T9, and 3 shots with the T10. After use they must be "recharged" by a nano medic. They are closed during the pre-match countdown.
Strategy
It's Recommended that you mount them vertically to make it easier for you to ram people with. If you are a planning on ramming, be sure to avoid Gunbeds, they can blow off your Teslas before you can hit them. If you are up against a bot armed with SMGs, shoot off most of the guns at range, then follow up with the teslas for a quick kill. Otherwise just charge, because Plasma Launchers and Rail Cannons have a long reload time, and Nano Disruptors are too weak.
